1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Pet Evolution, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Create offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content using the AI generation features.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App.
• Harass, bully, or abuse other users.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI within the App is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You retain ownership of your creature designs and prompts, but grant us a license to display and store them within the App's services.

5. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

The App includes virtual currency ("Gems") and virtual items that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and game mechanics, is owned by Ilumnix. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the App and any associated data may be permanently removed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilumnix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of virtual currency, items, or game progress.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
