• User-Generated Content: Creatures you create, animations, chat messages, and other in-app content.
• Usage Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics such as screen views, feature usage, and crash reports to improve the App.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for push notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and services.
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• To process in-app purchases and virtual currency transactions.
• To send push notifications (which you can disable in your device settings).
• To display relevant advertisements via Google AdMob.
• To analyze usage patterns and fix bugs via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
• To enable social features such as friends, chat, battles, and leaderboards.

3. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence services (including OpenAI and FAL.ai) to generate creature images and animations based on your input prompts. These prompts and generated content are processed by third-party AI providers subject to their own privacy policies. We do not use your prompts to train AI models.

The App integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage.
• Google Firebase: Analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.
• Google AdMob: Advertisement display.
• Google Sign-In: OAuth authentication.
• OpenAI: AI creature generation.
• FAL.ai: AI video/animation generation.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. You may see personalized ads based on your interests, or non-personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's advertising settings.

7. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases for virtual currency (gems) and items. Payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment information directly.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Data portability.
